Vinification and ageing
Destemming and soft pressing, followed by cold static settling. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16°C

Tasting notes
Brilliant straw yellow; complex and layered nose with notes of ripe tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, banana), citrus zest, and white peach. Fine texture with balanced acidity, the mouthfeel is elegant and refined.
