Vinification and ageing
Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. Ageing in stainless steel tanks
Tasting notes
Purplish red with violet-black reflections, intense and
persistent aroma, fruity with a scent of blackcurrant and wild fruits,
subtle notes of thyme. Full-bodied, velvety and balanced on the palate
with a long and savoury finish
