Vinification and ageing
Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Very intense ruby red with violet reflections, intense aroma evocative of ripe fruit, cherries and plums, with hints of Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied, soft and balanced on the palate, pleasant and easy to drink
