Vinification and ageing

Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. Ageing in French and American oak barriques for 6 months

Ruby red colour enriched with violet reflections, opulent scent evocative of ripe cherries and plums with notes of cocoa and vanilla. Wine with a remarkable structure, softened by the mellow warmth of the Primitivo with a good and pleasant persistence
